[NEW RELEASE] BAIT x ASICS GEL SAGA (BLACK RING)

Nestled in the bosom of Orange County, BAIT is the newest addition to California’s streetwear fraternity. A member of the PYS.com retail empire, BAIT will apparently be more of a design-driven concept shop, with plans already afoot for its own in-house brand of apparel, as well as vinyl toys and of course, sneakers. The store doesn’t officially open until early June, but we managed to snap these images of their debut colab. Designed to invoke the superhero spirit of the London Games, this quintet of ASICS runners are jam-packed with micro details, notably the lavish use of asymmetrical colour blocking, reflective 3M and golden footbeds. Kith NYC has added Android Homme to their stable of brands for Spring/Summer 2012 with a number of new styles in stock.
First up is a look at the black colorway of the Android Homme Propulsion 2.5. Decked out in a premium black quilted leather upper, the high-top kicks feature patent leather detailing and a flat white rubber sole.

Newly available from Supra are two additional colorways of Chad Muska’s signature Skytop III.
First up is this black colorway. Dubbed the “Block” for its color blocking technique, the kicks feature a black coated canvas upper alongside matching laces and white accents on the tongue, heel, heel pull tab, eyestay, molded TPR cage and outsole.

Givenchy continues to push forward with Riccardo Tisci’s street-ready gothic vision, the latest offering of which comes from the footwear department. In straight black, these luxurious mid-top leather padded sneakers stand out with contrasting materials giving an overall textured look to a clean silhouette. An adjustable metal buckle strap adds a layer of sophistication, while the tonal rubber sole with textured foxing at toe and heel maintains an overall street-worthy appearance. These luxurious mid-top textured leather padded sneakers by Givenchy keep things interesting on the footwear front by the fashion house. Although the shoe’s make-up is completely black, its contrasting materials make this shoe subtly standout in a classy manner. Tonal suede throughout, a padded pebbled leather tongue and smooth leather on the underlays make the clean-lined silhouette so appealing.
