Do y’all remember the Air Jordan “Golden Moments” pack of customs from the beginning of the month? (I’m still dreaming of those AJ5s and AJ11s) Well the man behind that project, Artistic Soles sneaker artist Ceesay14, is back with another custom Air Jordan creation. The Air Jordan XII (12) “Legend Blue” customs by Ceesay14 are mostly white leather upper with sweet baby blue accenting throughout the shoe. The bottom half of the uppers have baby blue sweeping across the toes, with more blue showing up on the eyelets and on the rear, beneath the heel tabs. Going the extra mile with detailing, even more blue peeks it’s way through an all white outsole, and the classic “23″ coming in the title color. Keeping it simple has proven to be another hit with these AJ12s! How are you liking these new Ceesay14 customs? Let us know, down below in the comments! More pictures below, as well!
Available right now over at adidas is this “Vivid Blue” adidas Mutombo TR Block. If you can recall, we shared your very first look at this particular model during a preview way back in July. While the colorways featured during that post, and in an updated post from the beginning of the month, are still on the way, it is this Nuggets-inspired release that kicks of the models official retail return. Flush with a crisp blue nubuck upper, gold leather accents, and a white midsole/sole, this latest chapter in the Mutombo retro line is ready to join your amassing collections. At the beginning of the month we did a feature on the adidas Crazy 1 “Ice Blue”; today we have more detailed pictures and information about the sneaker. Paying homage to the original, very rare adidas The Kobe “Ice Blue, the Vapor Blue is covered in a full Vapor Blue upper with Black trim and a Silver sole. Although an official release date hasn’t been set, those interested in copping a pair can do so at select adidas retail stores including ONENESS BOUTIQUE.
Available right now over at Finishline is this White/University Blue version of the Jordan Jumpman Team 1. With March Madness in full swing, it wouldn’t be a total shock if this Tar Heels-inspired color palette made an appearance on the collegiate hardwood sometime during the NCAA Tournament. The perfect tribute to MJ’s alma matter, this white leather based release can be yours for a cool 0. A classic in its own right, where does this model rank amongst your favorite Team Jordan drops? Check out a few more shots after the jump and be sure to head over to Finishline right now to cop.
Here is a follow up story we did back in December about the Air Jordan 14 Retro “Sport Blue”. According to what we know, it looks like the theme color for the month of August is “Sport Blue”. With the expected release of the Air Jordan 3 “Sport Blue” and the Air Jordan 6 “Sport Blue” happening at the end of Summer, you can also add the Air Jordan 14 to that list. Featuring a Wolf Grey upper, accents of Sport Blue are found on the tongue, Grey on the midsole, and White on the outsole.
Better start saving because Jordan Brand is looking to release a sneaker almost every week during that month. Be on the look out as these hit the shelves on August 2nd at select retailers like FinishLine and FootLocker.
