More comprehensive than the last season, this collection sees the lightest boot thus far as an assortment of premium lightweight materials have been incorporated to the sneaker resembling design. Working with other big names in innovation, the boot collection contains such goodies as a BOA focus lacing system, three zoned patented SCL speedlacing and Recco avalanche monitors. The Italian shoe brand Diemme has recently produced two unique boot models alongside the Perks and Mini brand. The collaboration shows of P.A.M.’s take on the Roccia Lifted boot and the Bonito Wings desert boot. Both rugged silhouettes feature a Vibram wedge sole while the Roccia comes in a yellow and light brown upper and the Bontio in a black glitter coat. Boston’s Bodega enlists Mark McNairy for a dual threat offering in the form of a Country Brogue boot and shoe. Each harnessing classic designs we’ve come to expect from both institutions, the boot’s exterior is constructed using two tones of full grain brown leather that is split by a camouflage canvas vamp – while the shoe utilizes a full grain waxed almond leather that is split by a herringbone tweed panel. Other notable details include nickel eyelets with work-boot style laces, pebble leather heel striping, punched brogue detailing and soft full grain leather lining. On the tail end of several celebrated efforts with quintessential workwear label Carhartt, Adam Kimmel brings us a pair of Crazy Horse Leather Boots for this season. While a traditional profile is maintained with a heavy-duty sole and paneled construction for the upper, an eye-catching blue colorway has been added as an element of contrast.
