After the Denver Post speculated Smith was a Blood gang member based on his tweets, JR was later fined ,000 by the NBA for Tweeting a picture of video vixen Tahiry Jose’s ample booty. The infamous Twitter account is again the topic of discussion today, as Smith broadcast a picture including ‘just a few’ of his sneakers. The first ever Frshr Than Your Avrg sneaker battle hit Williamsburg over the weekend, with hundreds turning out for the massive event combining a sneaker swapmeet with a unique competitive element. In front of a crowd including DJ Clark Kent, Buckwild, Milk Dee and hosts Dallas Penn and Premium Pete, Boston’s Slova Don took out first prize with his one-off pair of ‘Crown Royal’ Bespoke Air Force 1s.
