Memorial Day weekend is almost upon us and we’re kicking off the unofficial start to summer in a big way with some Jordan Retro in-store only restocks! Here are all the details:
In partnership with mall management, SELECT Foot Locker stores will implement a sweepstakes ticket procedure* in order to purchase the Air Jordan 4 Retro “Fire Red” (on sale 5/25/13 for 0), Air Jordan 5 Retro “Fire Red” (on sale 5/25/13 for 0) and Air Jordan 1 Retro “Joker” (on sale 5/25/13 for 5). The sweepstakes ticket procedures will begin Wednesday, May 22nd and end on Thursday, May 23rd. If your ticket number is selected, you will be notified by phone on Friday, May 24th. These procedures are for SELECT STORES only. To find out which store near you will carry the shoe and if that store will implement the sweepstakes ticket procedure, please visit the Foot Locker “Launch Locator” here. These releases will ONLY be available in store and will NOT be restocking online. Footlocker.com will ONLY be restocking the Air Jordan 3 Retro 88 “White/Cement” in men’s and grade school kids sizes on 5/25. You can read those details here.
Our customers are our priority and we encourage everyone to follow the procedure outlined above in an orderly and safe manner. We thank you in advance.
* Mall Management directives and/or security issues may result in a change to the stated store procedure.

Releasing this coming Saturday, is Michael Jordan’s iconic Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Black Toe”. The original from 1985 goes for several thousand USD and therefore we believe we can all agree that we welcome the return of the sneaker this week. Look out for the release from May 25, 2013, at select retailers around the globe.
Adding to the growing list of upcoming Ewing Focus Retros that are due out this summer is this Black/Orange/Blue colorway. Sporting a dope Knicks away-like color scheme, this particular colorway was once rocked by Patrick Ewing himself back in the 1993 NBA Playoffs. After a long hiatus, the Ewing Focus Retro will be making a triumphant return to the sneaker world and pick up from where it left off in ’93.
Check out the pics of this latest pair of Ewing Focus Retros and let us know if you’ll be copping these retro classics when they drop this summer.
Ewing Athletics set the sneaker world ablaze when they brought back the iconic Ewing 33 Hi. With the summer rapidly approaching, the good folks over at Ewing Athletics have yet another retro treat set to make its triumphant return to the sneaker world.
Stepping outside of the typical NYK inspired colorways, this black/red pair of Ewing Focus Retros will look to carry the torch that has been passed by the Ewing 33 Hi once they drop this coming summer. Check out the latest visuals and let us know how you feel about these upcoming classics.

If you really thought the NBA could stop Lil’ Wayne from taking in some Playoff action live and in the flesh, think again (lol).
After his unforgettable rant about the Miami Heat, his own personal claims of being banned from damn near ever arena in the NBA and ticket disputes with OKC officials, Weezy was spotted sitting court side as he watched the Grizzlies defeat the Thunder in game three of their Western Conference Semi-Final matchup.
Comfortably clad in his Trukfit clothing, Wezzy enjoyed the game while rocking the “Fire Red” Air Jordan V’s that dropped back in January.
Check out the pics of Weezy and feel free to share any thoughts you may have in the comments section below.
With the resurgence in retro styling inspiring its design and pro-level specs driving its internal mechanics, the PEN E-P5 is Olympus’ latest Mirco Four Thirds Digital Camera making headlines across the industry. It’s been almost two years since Olympus has released an upgrade to their E-P3 – which seems like a lifetime these days with the way technology changes – and they pretty much decided to go back to the drawing board with this one, reworking the control layout into one with a more traditional look as well as streamlining the custom functions. Olympus also decided to integrate QR codes in with their Wi-Fi set-up instead of NFC, making connecting another device literally a snap, while also upgrading the AF system, the image-stabilization system, adding a tiltable touch screen, and a host of other photo goodies. Overall, the E-P5 looks nice and performs even better. You can learn more after the click or head to Olympus’ online shop to purchase.
If you haven’t already marked May 25th on your sneaker calendars, we suggest you go do so right now. The 25th is shaping up to be an epic day full of enough sneaker releases to cure any sneakerheads sneaker fix.
Aside from the potentially massive Memorial Day Weekend Air Jordan Retro restocks, sneakerheads will see the triumphant return of the “Black Toe” Air Jordan 1.

Following last month’s return of the beloved “Bugs Bunny” take on the Air Jordan 8, Jordan Brand is set to drop a Black/Bright Citrus-Cool Grey-Deep Royal edition of the silhouette this summer. Perhaps inspired by Jordan Brand athlete Carmelo Anthony and his New York Knicks, but also seen by some as a nod to the Phoenix Suns, this retro release comes draped in a combination of black and grey nubuck with Bright Citrus and Deep Royal accents appearing on everything from the lining and tongue branding to the mudguard graphic, outsole, and “23″ embroidery. Look for the Black/Bright Citrus-Cool Grey-Deep Royal colorway of the retro classic to hit Atlanta’s Wish on May 18 for 0 USD.
