Refund policy

RETURNS:If you would like to return your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of the items purchased within 14 business days.Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.The returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached if applicable. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To complete your return please include your order number and name inside with your return package so it can be processed properly and quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected by URBAN-GEAR Returns Department (3-7 business days), your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

EXCHANGES:Exchanges are not available. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund of the items (original shipping costs are not refunded) and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like. This helps you get the item/size/color you want quicker with less processing delays that can occur with exchanges.

*Please note any orders of 10+ pcs of the same style is considered a bulk or wholesale order and is not eligible for return or exchange. Any item returned that is found to have used or a "bulk" purchase will not be processed or returned to you.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN:

  • We do not accept any used or worn items.
  • SALE items are non-refundable.
  • Face Masks are not returnable at all for health purposes
  • Underwear or socks not attached to original label.
  • We do not accept items with pet hair or human hair on them this is considered USED.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping and Return Shipping Cost and Labels:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
